A Sacramento man who allegedly ran from police during a traffic stop Thursday afternoon was arrested later that evening hiding in a crawl space under a home on Jeanell. Michael Marks, 34, was booked into the Carson City Jail on suspicion of three counts of gross misdemeanor child endangerment, misdemeanor evading police and felony assault and felony burglary warrants out of Sacramento.
